关于进一步调整外国人签证及入境政策的通知

为进一步便利中外人员往来，中方决定自北京时间2023年3月15日零时起，就外国人签证及入境政策作如下调整:  

一、恢复2020年3月28日前签发且在有效期内的签证入境功能。

二、驻外签证机关恢复审发外国人各类赴华签证，具体要求详见办证须知（参见链接：http://hk.ocmfa.gov.cn/lsxx/wgqz/201308/t20130829_7894049.htm）。

三、口岸签证机关恢复审发符合法定事由的各类口岸签证（详情请径询拟入境地口岸签证机关）。

四、恢复海南入境免签、上海邮轮免签、港澳地区外国人组团入境广东免签、东盟旅游团入境广西桂林免签政策（上述免签政策适用问题请径询拟入境地边检机关）。

Notice on Further adjustment of Visa and Entry Policies For Foreign Nationals

In order to further facilitate personnel exchanges，China would implement the following policies from 15 March 2023:

1.Foreign nationals holding valid visas issued before 28 March 2020 are allowed to enter the mainland of China.

2.Visa-issuing authorities abroad could accept application of all categories of visa for foreign nationals. For details, please refer to “Visa categories and the requirements of supporting documents ” (link: http://hk.ocmfa.gov.cn/eng/fwxx/wgrqz/202111/t20211110_10446430.htm).

3.Port visa authorities will resume to issue all categories of port visa complied with statutory reasons (For details, please contact the port visa authorities of the intended destination ).

4. Resuming Hainan visa-free policy, visa-free policy specified for foreign cruise-group-tour through Shanghai Port, Guangdong visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR, and Guangxi visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups of ASEAN countries (For  details, please contact the immigration inspection authorities of the intended destination).
