外国专家朋友们：

当前，国内疫情多点散发并局部聚集性疫情暴发，本土新增感染人数迅速增加，疫情防控形势复杂严峻。为进一步做好疫情防控工作，保障您和家人的健康，温馨提示如下：

Dear foreign experts:

The current domestic COVID-19 presented a multi-point distribution and local outbreak intertwined situation. The number of new infections in China is increasing rapidly, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is complex and severe. In order to further prevent and control the epidemic and protect you and your family's health, the warm tips are as follows:

一、配合属地管控。请您遵守各级政府、所在社区和本单位的疫情防控管理规定，密切关注官方发布的疫情动态信息，科学理性应对疫情，不信谣、不传谣。

1. Cooperation with district control. Please abide by the epidemic prevention and control management regulations of governments at all levels, communities and units. Pay close attention to the dynamic information of the epidemic released by the government. Respond to the outbreak of epidemic scientifically and rationally, and do not believe or spread rumors.

二、做好个人防护。请您保持良好的卫生习惯，坚持佩戴口罩，主动接种新冠疫苗及加强针。做好健康监测，若出现发热、干咳、乏力、嗅（味）觉减退等新冠肺炎可疑症状，在做好自我防护的基础上速去发热门诊就医，并及时与所在社区、单位防疫工作人员取得联系。

2. Everyday preventive actions. Please maintain good health habits, keep wearing masks, and receive COVID-19 vaccination and COVID-19 booster vaccination voluntarily . Do covid-19 health monitoring. If there are fever, dry cough, fatigue, hypoesthesia of smell (taste), or other suspicious symptoms, you should go to the fever clinic to get medical treatment on the basis of self-protection, and inform your community and your employer immediately.

三、减少出行活动。请您近期尽量避免前往人员密集场所，减少聚会聚餐等集体活动。倡导非必要不出行，特别是不前往中高风险地区和涉疫地区。确需出行的，提前向单位报备，全程做好防护，返回后，配合落实疫情防控各项措施。

3. Restrict activities outside. Recently please avoid crowded places and group activities such as parties. Non-essential travel is strongly discouraged, especially to medium and high-risk areas and epidemic related areas. If you have to go out, you must report to your employer in advance, do a good job of protection when traveling , and cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures after return.
